Mindfulness Meditation (Mid-week Mind Space) with Catherine

The drop-in classes on a Wednesday evening will cover the basics of mindfulness meditation, including teaching about what mindfulness actually is and practising various mindfulness techniques, which you can use in your everyday life, to help create a calmer and more peaceful state of mind. Practising mindfulness on a daily basis will help you to create a more even balance in your mind and life, as well as learning to understand and deal with your emotions in a healthier way. These Wednesday evening classes with Catherine will help to give you the skills and knowledge you need to either kick start your own practice or sustain the practice you have already developed.
