During this afternoon, we will flow through a dynamic Kundalini Yoga practice for clearing, releasing, and letting go. Just as nature is in her waning phase, this is the perfect time for us too to create space, enabling us to refocus, as we move into a more restful and reflective time of year.
We will practice pranayama (breath work), mantra and meditation for releasing negative emotions and thought patterns, balancing body and mind, and finding a place of stillness and peace.
