Kundalini Yoga with Salina

 Kundalini Yoga is a powerful healing practice which enables us to fulfil our true potential and connect more deeply with our higher selves.It nourishes and energises the body while calming the mind .  In a Kundalini class, Salina will guide you through a dynamic practice of movement, mantra, meditation and breath work. Classes are very accessible and suitable for all levels, including beginners. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with Harigan

 Hargian is a KRI Certified Yoga Teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. She trained with The Sahej Academy. She is extremely passionate about kundalini yoga and its transformative effects, mind, body and spirit.   Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a powerful sacred science often referred to as the yoga of awareness. Working with a blend of postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), mudras, some Charing and meditation, we open up energy pathways, release physical and emotional blocks, and activate our true potential.   Kundalini Yoga is suitable for anyone, no matter what your age, level of fitness.   The start date of her regular sessions is Tuesday 20th February 2018 and they run every Tuesday 9.45am - 11.15am.
